Booking through our website ensures we have all the necessary information to match your family with the perfect caregiver.

You will need to enter your credit card details in order to secure your booking. This won’t be charged until we confirm a babysitter. If in the unfortunate instance we can’t source you a carer, your card won’t be charged.

Once we've secured a caregiver, you'll receive an email with all the booking details, including your caregiver's information. At this point, your card will be charged the non-refundable booking fee.
Rates & Fees
Rural Nannies charges a daily booking fee, charged only when we confirm a babysitter for your booking. Our fees are detailed below:
Daily Booking Fee (1-10 days) $30
Daily Booking Fee (11+ days) $25
Last Minute Booking Fee (under 24 hours notice) $45
Please note that the booking fee excludes the hourly rate payable to your babysitter or casual nanny. You will pay your carer an hourly rate by cash or bank transfer. It is up to our carers to fulfil their own tax and superannuation obligations.
Hourly Rates (minimum booking is for 3 hours)
Standard Hourly Rates
$25-$35/hour (dependant on qualifications & experience of available carers)
Special Hourly Rates
+$5/hour Pubic Holidays & New Year’s Eve
